1. Can I have some samples?
Yes, we’re delighted to provide you samples for quality evaluation.
Please understand that there’s sample fee, and the sample fee can be refundable when order amount reach 2000usd.
2. Sample time
For stock samples, it takes 3-5 days.
For redo new samples, it takes 7-9 days.
3. What’s the MOQ(Minimum order quantity)?
For stock products, MOQ can be just 1 box
If redo, the MOQ is about 1000pcs
4. What’s the delivery term?
We provide EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. For wholesaler, retailer, and online seller who don’t have a team to handle the customs clearance, we suggest to use DDP service, it’s door-to-door delivery, including customs & tax. You don’t need to do anything, just await to receive the goods, super easy for you.
5. Payment term
We accept paypal, Bank transfer(T/T), please note that paypal has about 4-5% transaction fee, it requires to be born by buyer.
Less than 3000usd, 100% paid in advance.
Above 3000usd, T/T 50% as deposit, the balance 50% should be paid before shipment.
Above 10,000usd, T/T 30% as deposit, the balance 70% should be paid before shipment.
6. Lead time
For stock products, order can be shipped out within 7-9 days
Others, it takes about 15-30 days
7. Can I have my own logo branding?
Yes, we can print your logo on the product, and make logo branding on the packaging. But there’s MOQ requirement.
8. Can you make custom design?
Yes, we can make custom design. And for customized design, we need to create new mold.
9. How much is the mold fee?
It depends on the size and design. For example, toy’s size of 6cm, it costs about 2000~3000usd.
10. How long does it take to create a new mold?
Before creating a new mold, we need to print a 3D prototype to confirm the shape, it costs about 100usd, and it takes 3-5 days.
After the prototype is confirmed, we can create the production mold, it takes about 15-25 days.
11. Do you have product’s certificate?
We have material’s MSDS report.
Generally, customers want test reports in their own name, we can assist you in obtaining the necessary certifications. We have cooperated testing lab to do the testing and get the certifications, such as CE, EN71,REACH,RoHS,ASTM,6P, CPSIA, etc. You just need to pay the testing cost accordingly.
12. Do you have factory audit/certificate?
Yes, we have ISO9001:2015 quality management system certificate, and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certificate.
Disney FAMA, COG ethical sourcing audit CAP’s report, Merlin social audit report, Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit Report, etc.
